Train your mind to be stronger than your feelings. Have you reacted throughout your life instead of controlling your own life? Most of us have told us all our lives about what we do, what or how to behave in a society where we never do what we want, we just do it.

Do what we do and behave according to social norms and constructions, because without most of us getting lost, we need someone to tell us what to do, we just follow the head of people think and do what they want without wondering why the best analogy is to sit in the river with eyes closed on a boat without an oar and only react to whatever arises, whether it’s raining rocks or animals,

So far we’ve only reacted to it, I’ve talked about its condition. Remember that most people are stupid and lost. However, the mind can be trained and take control once you practice mindfulness meditation. They become better – better with you and your surroundings, and with your thoughts and emotions, then you gain control of yourself and your life and live life with full awareness and peace.
