Tips of healthy heart. My name is Luke, laugh and I’m a preventive cardiologist at the Cleveland Clinic. First of all, I want to wish you a happy 2020 and really talk about some heartbreaking tips for the new year, so we have passed the festive season that we have Christmas lunch and New Year holidays, it’s time to handle our health for 2020 and maintain.
There are a few simple tips we can follow for the rest of
the year. One of them is, if you do well, do at least 150 minutes of
moderate-intensity exercise a week. If you are inactive, this is a good time to

lifestyle choices that are associated with good nutrition. I know that many
people will take the opportunity to start a new diet on the New Year, which I
do not like, as we change our eating habits as food. This is really more than a
diet because it’s not about the next two or three months, the next 20 to 30
years of your life. So if you make sustainable changes over the long term, they
will have better cardiovascular benefits, and frankly, you will feel much
better if you make these changes.
I think it’s always important that you visit your doctor for a long time. get to know at least once a year whether you are a family doctor or not.
