do your research and do what has worked for other people for weight loss and long-term health and I can tell you right now that means not going on a diet that you plan to quit once you’ve lost weight the healthiest and most scientifically sound ways to lose weight and lengthen your lifespan are ones that require lifelong commitment that leads me to tip number two which is you need to enjoy what you’re doing you need to enjoy the food how are you gonna stick to something for life if you don’t like it you need to enjoy your workout routine
