Mental health tips of the day. Hey, how’s it going its lou godfather. I came because i want to talk about five producer tips that we all should be thinking about and listening to and just being mindful of i’m ready. If you are number one number, one is going to be focusing on speaking positively about yourself, and what do i mean by that? I have found people to say awful things about themselves that if anyone else said to them they’d be offended stuff.

Like i’m stupid, i can’t do anything right, i’m an idiot, i’m not successful, i’m a failure. You are programming your brain to believe the stuff that you don’t believe about yourself. Maybe you do believe it, and if you do, then this might not be the video for you. Maybe we should go by seeking professional help.

In the meantime, things that you can focus on are saying things like i’m successful, i’m happy, i’m smart. Anything that you feel like would help benefit. You in your life use an if statement to bring that into reality to bring that into the universe, because saying things like i’m stupid, i don’t know how to do anything right, you’re, just setting yourself up for failure, you’re, not setting yourself up for success and if you want to be a successful artist, you want to program your brain.

So when you do have success, it’s easy for you to live in a place of comfort and contentment and being super negative. All the time so tip number one focus on being positive to yourself, because at the end of the day,
