now as we all know what the brain has an astonishing amount of capabilities it can problem-solve learn new things and it keeps us alive but there’s one downside to this it never stops and this can be a stressful thing because if it never stops and never stops thinking about the possibilities of scenarios and this can lead to disorders such as anxiety depression and PTSD some people are predisposed to this if they have lower levels of the chemicals of Gaba or

serotonin which makes their stress levels higher in the end but some other people may overthink because of trauma betrayal or past events as a person with anxiety this means that I think a lot and I mean I overthink a lot I learned while going to therapy that my overthinking makes my stuttering worse so for the past year or so I’ve been very determined and researching about this and making my anxiety less so that my stutter is less
