Healthy vegan meals for weight loss, Just got home I am making some avocado toast quick because I’m going to plant some pine trees that I just bought we have these three water basins in front of our tiny house and I’ve just been needing to buy trees to put in there and I decided to put pine trees in there so that is what I’m gonna do once I eat this toast this morning Derick and I went for a bike ride it was like 15 miles and yeah it was pretty chill I’ve seen some comments

I just chopped up kale from our garden and put it in here with hot water I just found these when I was cleaning because I was doing a bunch of laundry and cleaning and I’ve had these for a while so I figured I should use them up and now it’s about 6:30 I’m just making some dinner I’m just steaming broccoli cauliflower and potatoes and I’m just gonna have that again with my cheese sauce good morning guys I’m making some hash browns for breakfast so I just put these in a bowl to defrost before I went for my run this morning and I just chopped up some mushrooms onions bell peppers

I’m gonna mix that into there and then I like to just season it with paprika garlic powder and onion powder and then I always cook my hash browns on my Griddler because it makes some very nice and crispy for dinner tonight and they can some more potato soup so I got my potatoes here and my veggies sauteing in the instant pot
