Cycling technique for beginners. What’s up guys, my a putter here in central park, gonna get some laps in tonight, strictly no ride. I try to put the gauges up enjoy what’s up guys manual pedal here. This is a training video specifically for road cyclists, novice experienced or just kind of getting started with how to train on your own, because that’s what I’m doing right here and also utilizing these skills to ride with groups and stuff like that as well, and maybe even for race day this is central park. This is a night ride.
Time is around, I want to say, 7:00 p.m. So this is it’s
pretty late. You know for riding in central park and I might have been like one
maybe like one of maybe three cyclists in this park. Central Park is in new
york city for those of you who don’t know, it’s also 6.1 miles a little bit
over a little bit. Yeah six point one miles and it’s a beautiful park: lots of
different rolling hills and big climb, also that I’m on right now so just

I have all the gauges up. I got the power down there on the left, with all my watts, you can see I’m pushing around 350 and up, and I got my rpm on the right, which is my cadence speed and have my temperature. It was a beautiful day. You can see it’s like 46 degrees, really really nice out, which we don’t get in the wintertime here in new york city.
